"How consequential for our success are the conclusions and decisions we make with data?" Use a 10-point scale, 'nil' to 'severe.'URGENT
"What is the compounding risk, cost, and loss if the data are good but our sense-making isn't?" Again, use a scale of 0-10.
Answers greater than five are worth pausing for reflection together:
- How is the ROI of our data at risk from matters we can control: ourselves?
- How good is our sense-making?
- How do we know–what's the evidence?
- What are downsides to our status quo?

How can we live the Renaissance ideals?
It's a perennial question. Ideas emerge cyclically through worthwhile quests and curious inquiry–the more open, social and interdisciplinary the better.
I’m a science and nature lover, artist and designer, maker and innovation leader. My aspiration has been to integrate these vocations and serve larger purposes (social, environmental, etc).
This orientation to the world is why I’m passionate about co-innovation and an upwardly way of cultivating environments where people are highly actualized.
To achieve business outcomes with greater excellence and success, we must invest in people’s capabilities to process meaning and act wisely together. We must connect what's great and unique about them with how they work, together. Co-innovation.

I have always enjoyed the process - setting intentions, diving in, uncovering the wow and being totally and completely amazed at what unfolds when I resist the urge to script the outcome.
Over time I have curated, refined and reinvented practices and strategies that support imagining, exploring and changing perspectives.
I believe in kindness, creativity, listening and the power of reflection.
There aren't always neon signs pointing out our next steps. Sometimes, there are gentle nudges we only recognize in hindsight.
